Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian <em>Eksperimen Semu</em> (<em>quasi eksperimen</em>) dengan menggunakan <em>desain posttest only control design</em>. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI di SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja, yang berjumlah 373 orang, dengan sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XI I dan XI A yang berjumlah 70 orang, kelas XI I sebagai kelompok <em>eksperimen</em> yang berjumlah 35 orang dan kelas XI A yang berjumlah 35 orang sebagai kelompok <em>kontrol.</em> Pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah teknik <em>simple random sampling </em>dengan bantuan <em>aplikasi spin</em>. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes pilihan ganda untuk aspek pengetahuan, observasi untuk aspek sikap dan unjuk kerja untuk aspek keterampilan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 1 orang ahli isi pembelajaran, 1 orang ahli desain, 1 orang ahli media, 2 orang guru olahraga, dan peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja sebanyak 3 orang uji perorangan, 6 orang uji kelompok kecil,12 orang uji kelompok besar, serta 30 orang uji kepraktisan. Metode pengembangan dengan model ADDIE digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Model Pengembangan terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu analisis (<em>analyze), </em>perancangan<em> (design), </em>pengembangan<em> (development), </em>implementasi<em> (implementation), </em>evaluasi <em>(evaluation). </em>Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian (1) rancang bangun media pembelajaran berbasis <em>flipbook</em> materi atletik lari jarak pendek pendek yaitu media pembelajaran dikemas dengan mengkombinasikan teks, gambar, audio, dan video, serta dikembangkan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak berupa <em>canva </em>dan <em>flip pdf professional</em> dan disusun secara sistematis, terdiri dari cover depan, petunjuk penggunaan, prakata, daftar isi, capaian pembelajaran, tujuan&nbsp;pembelajaran, materi atletik lari jarak pendek, video teknik melakukan lari&nbsp;jarak&nbsp;pendek, evaluasi pengetahuan dan keterampilan, daftar referensi, serta <em>cover&nbsp;</em>belakang, (2) hasil uji validitas memperoleh rata-rata persentase sebesar 97,9% dengan kategori sangat baik, dan (3) uji kepraktisan memperoleh uji kepraktisan guru dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 100% pada kategori sangat praktis dan uji kepraktisan peserta didik dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 97,9% pada kategori sangat praktis. The research employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects consisted of 30 students selected through total sampling. Data were collected using a basic football skills test administered before and after the implementation of differentiated learning. Descriptive statistical analysis showed an increase in the average score from 61.83 (pretest) to 75.00 (posttest). The paired sample t-test yielded a t-value of -37.341 with a significance level (p-value) of 0.000 (p &lt; 0.05), indicating that the difference was statistically significant. The results conclude that differentiated instruction is effective in enhancing students' learning outcomes in basic football techniques. Using a quantitative survey of 200 grade V and VI students, data were collected through questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation via SPSS. Results show students exercised an average of 2.31 times per week, with only 45% routinely active. The average movement skill score was 65.27, with 50% performing well. A significant positive correlation was found between physical activity frequency and movement skills (r = 0.472; p &lt; 0.01). The design of this study uses correlational research where correlational research aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The sample that will be the subject of the study is the IBVOS A volleyball club players in Ngawi Regency, totaling 25 players. To collect data on sleep quality, researchers will use the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. The VO2 Max test uses the MFT Test. Correlation analysis using the correlation coefficient test aims to determine the degree of relationship between variable X (sleep quality) and variable Y (performance). Motorik halus dan kasar merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan fisik anak yang memengaruhi kesiapan belajar dan kemandirian dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, observasi lapangan, serta wawancara dengan pelatih dan guru pendidikan jasmani. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa latihan <em>kata</em>, yang menekankan pada ketepatan, koordinasi, dan pengendalian gerakan halus, berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan motorik halus anak. Sementara itu, latihan <em>kumite</em> yang bersifat dinamis dan melibatkan reaksi cepat terhadap lawan, mampu mengembangkan kekuatan, keseimbangan, serta koordinasi otot besar, sehingga mendukung pertumbuhan motorik kasar anak. Pencak Silat learning in the Penjaskesrek Study Program, FOK Undiksha. However, the use of digital teaching materials such as flipbooks in lectures is still very limited, although most students state the importance of digitalizing learning. In this research, in order to create learning materials in digital form (flipbooks) on the Sapuan, Dengkulan, and Guntingan materials and to test their feasibility and practicality through the ADDIE style creation approach. The ADDIE method consists of five systematic parts: needs analysis, media design, content creation, product implementation, and effectiveness review. The learning tools created were tested by material experts and media experts, then the product was tested on students with 3 tests, namely: individual testing, then small-scale testing and large-scale testing. The output of this research shows that the interactive flipbook produced, containing writing, photos, recordings, and quizzes, was considered very feasible by the validator and practical to use based on student responses. The conclusion of this study states that the development of flipbooks not only meets the needs of modern learning but also increases students' interest and learning effectiveness. The researcher wanted to determine the relationship between leg muscle power and shooting ability in soccer games in students of SMA Negeri 10 Kendari using a descriptive method with a correlational design. The population of this study was fifty students of class XI of SMA Negeri 10 Kendari. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling, especially using the criteria of male gender, as the basis for determining the sample. Thus, the research sample consisted of 21 students. To measure leg muscle power, a standing long jump test was used and to measure shooting ability, a shooting test was used. Based on the statistical analysis of the correlation test with the SPSS 25 application, the variables of shooting ability and leg muscle power have a positive relationship. The calculated r value is 0.505 with a significance level of 0.038 &lt;0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 0.327 or 32.7%. This shows that shooting ability in soccer matches is significantly correlated with leg muscle power. Both variables have a moderate relationship when shown on the correlation map. Leg muscle strength contributed 32.7% of shooting ability, while other physical condition parameters including strength and endurance contributed the remaining 67.3%. Speed, accuracy, coordination, and flexibility. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengukur intensitas penggunaan media, serta eksplanatori kuantitatif untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Berdasarkan hasil survei, ditemukan bahwa meskipun sebagian guru telah menggunakan media digital seperti video pembelajaran dan platform online, frekuensinya masih tergolong rendah. Hambatan utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur, beban kerja tinggi, serta kurangnya pelatihan teknologi. Di sisi lain, terdapat peluang besar berupa motivasi guru yang tinggi dan dukungan institusi sekolah. Lompat harimau merupakan salah satu gerakan senam lantai yang membutuhkan keberanian, kekuatan, dan keterampilan motorik kompleks, sehingga seringkali memicu kecemasan, khususnya pada siswi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional dengan teknik total sampling terhadap 88 siswi kelas VI SDN 2 Jatirejo Mojokerto. Instrumen yang digunakan mencakup angket kecemasan yang telah dimodifikasi dari State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAI-C), serta lembar penilaian keterampilan lompat harimau. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman’s rho karena hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan distribusi data tidak normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecemasan dan keterampilan lompat harimau (rₛ = –0,026; p = 0,807 &gt; 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor kecemasan tidak secara langsung memengaruhi keterampilan lompat harimau pada siswi, dan aspek latihan teknis serta pendekatan pembelajaran lebih berperan dalam penguasaan keterampilan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pengelolaan pembinaan prestasi atletik yang terstruktur untuk menghasilkan output yang optimal dalam dunia olahraga. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek konteks, pembinaan belum memiliki tujuan jangka panjang dan strategi implementasi yang jelas, serta sering terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara harapan dan pelaksanaan. Pada aspek input, sarana dan prasarana belum memadai, dan terbatasnya dana menghambat pemeliharaan serta pengadaan peralatan latihan. Pada aspek proses, pelaksanaan program pembinaan masih kurang memiliki pemantauan dan evaluasi yang sistematis. Sementara pada aspek produk, hasil pembinaan belum menunjukkan output yang optimal meskipun berbagai upaya telah dilakukan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa masih terdapat berbagai hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan prestasi PASI di Kabupaten Jombang, seperti kurangnya evaluasi rutin, ketidaksesuaian antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan, serta lemahnya manajemen administrasi data. The research was guided by three research questions and tested three null hypotheses at a 0.05 level of significance. A correlational research design was adopted, with a population of 838 sports officials. A sample size of 271 was selected using the Taro Yamane formula and stratified random sampling technique.</p> <p class="" data-start="470" data-end="835">A structured questionnaire developed by the researcher was used for data collection. The instrument’s reliability was confirmed using the Cronbach Alpha method, yielding a reliability coefficient of 0.81 for the Leadership Style Questionnaire (LSQ) and 0.79 for the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ). Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis.</p> <p class="" data-start="837" data-end="1350">Findings revealed that transformational leadership style is a strong and significant predictor of organizational commitment. Transactional leadership style was also a significant, though moderate, predictor, while laissez-faire leadership style had the weakest predictive value, yet remained statistically significant. The study also showed that leadership styles are strong, positive, and significant correlates of organizational commitment among sports personnel in the South East Sports Development Commission.</p> <p class="" data-start="1352" data-end="1721">Based on these findings, the study recommended that sports administrators adopt more transformational and transactional leadership approaches. These styles are more likely to inspire and motivate personnel toward improved commitment and performance. Mengetahui tanggapan dari para ahli serta peserta didik dalam uji coba<br>perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil, uji coba kelompok besar dan uji kepraktisan<br>produk terhadap bahan ajar yang dikembangkan. Model penelitian pengembangan yang<br>digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation dan<br>Evaluation). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini<br>menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif<br>kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil pengembangan E-LKPD interaktif<br>berbasis liveworksheet yang dilakukan yakni: (a) rancang bangun pengembangan<br>menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE, ada lima tahapan dalam model ADDIE<br>(Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). (b) berdasarkan hasil<br>penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari dari uji ahli isi materi memperoleh presentase skor<br>94,67% dengan kategori sangat baik, uji ahli desain pembelajaran memperoleh<br>presentase skor 92,7% dengan kategori sangat baik, uji ahli media pembelajaran<br>memperoleh skor 87,2% dengan kualifikasi baik. (c) uji coba perorangan memperoleh<br>skor 89,67% dengan kualifikasi baik, uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh skor 90,3%<br>dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh skor 90% dengan<br>kualifikasi sangat baik, uji kepraktisan produk memperoleh skor 97% dengan kualifikasi<br>sangat praktis. Dari hasil di atas maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pengembangan E-LKPD<br>berbasis liveworksheet pada materi permainan bulutangkis ini dinyatakan sangat layak<br>digunakan. The play method is considered an effective approach since it encourages motivation, confidence, and active participation of students in the learning process. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles involving 24 fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Poh Bergong in the 2024/2025 academic year. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages, with instruments including floor exercise skill tests, student activity observation sheets, and teacher performance observation sheets. Data analysis revealed that in the first cycle, the students’ average learning outcome was only 72.1 with a mastery level of 4%, indicating that most students still had difficulties in performing the movements. After reflection and improvements through the application of the play method, the second cycle showed a significant improvement with an average score of 92.9 and mastery level reaching 96%. These findings demonstrate that the play method is effective in enhancing students’ floor exercise skills, particularly in forward and backward rolls. Moreover, the method contributes to building students’ confidence, discipline, and cooperation.
